Small works sale
This month, I am pleased to present a LARGE SALE of small works! There are plenty of reasons I enjoy working on a smaller scale: being able to draw or paint anywhere is a nice feeling; it’s easy to quickly put an idea down that may turn into a larger work, or can exist as is; not as precious as a large sheet of paper or a canvas so it’s fun to experiment with different techniques/ideas; and perhaps the best reason is to make artwork affordable to people whom value original art!
The work you’ll find in my sale this month spans the last couple of years from my days of painting onsite in the Middlesex Fells Reservation outside of Boston, MA to the early days of the pandemic when we moved up to NH and I found so much comfort and inspiration walking my dog on the many trails near our house. Plus a handful of graphite drawings and watercolor paintings I had on display between Thanksgiving and Christmas last year that never made it into my online shop.
As much as I love making art, I receive a whole other feeling of joy when my work finds a good home. I hope you find something that resonates with you and brings back a special memory or reminds you of a loved one. Art that holds meaning for you makes a meaningful gift for someone else whether it’s for Mothers Day, graduation, birthday, or just because.
All works on paper are 8x10 inches, a standard pre-made frame size so they are easy to display. All oil paintings on canvas are also 8x10 inches with the edges neatly painted so they are ready to go right up on a wall. Feel free to email me with any questions you might have!
